Coaching is about getting to know and developing yourself. Just by identifying your strengths and reinforcing them in your life you have come a long way. Naturally we will also work with areas that you want to see less of. All in all you will feel more secure in your leadership and you will unleash the power within yourself. My job as a coach is to help you along the way. Together we will set up attractive goals for you and find the suitable way to reach them. When you make a decision and move forward the hardest job is already done. The purpose of coaching is basically to make you feel better. The outcome is that you will feel stronger and get more energy. What do I offer?
I work mostly with executive, leadership and career coaching, personal development and health related issues (e.g. stop smoking and weight control). I often use mental training as a tool.
I coach on an individual basis but I also do workshops in coaching leadership and coaching communication. Quite regularly I also work as a coach trainer for those who would like to become professional coaches.
